I’m sitting here in the Atlanta airport after quite possibly the best vacation I’ve ever taken. I was able to spend time with just about everyone I wanted to and had a great time doing it. My trip to Vegas was not very profitable from a monetary standpoint, but I hit the jackpot by getting to spend time with my dad and brother.
I’m down to a short four months left over there and then I’ll be home. I think I wrote before about how quickly time is passing, but I am absolutely amazed that I’m down to such a short amount of time. I think maintaining a positive attitude about my situation is helping a lot. I just started reading a book by John Maxwell called The Difference Maker. I’ll be sure to let you all know if it’s worth reading as I get into it more.
I’ll keep this very short because I need to catch my plane. I’ll try to write more and on some more diverse topics since my job is pretty much on cruise control right now.
I want to wish everyone all the best and thank you again for making my vacation so memorable and enjoyable.
Warmest Regards,
Fred
